BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District (Upper District) is governed by five elected Directors representing five geographic divisions within the Upper District's boundaries.

Additionally, as a member agency of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD), the Upper District appoints one representative to sit on the MWD Board of Directors. The Upper District also has representation on the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority Commission and the Main San Gabriel Basin Watermaster Board.
