SAVE WATER, SAVE A BUCK PROGRAM
Commercial, Industrial & Institutional (CII) Water Efficiency Rebate Program
Did you know businesses account for 60% of all water use in Southern California?
Through the Save Water, Save A Buck Program, Southern California businesses are eligible for rebates to help encourage water efficiency and conservation. The Save A Buck Program offers cash rebates on a wide variety of water-saving technologies including High-Efficiency Toilets and Urinals, Weather Based Irrigation Controllers for outdoor landscaping as well as many industry specific water conserving devices.
Many commercial facilities have lowered their water and sewer bills and received cash rebates by installing devices offered by the Save Water, Save A Buck Program. No matter what the size or type of your business or facility, your business can take advantage of the many water conserving devices and technology available through this program. Commercial, industrial and institutional customers are all eligible to participate in the Save Water, Save A Buck Program.

The Upper District offers CII facilities rebates for retrofitting a variety of high water-use fixtures/equipment with water efficient devices. Rebates are currently offered on the following items:
- High Efficiency Toilets (Tank Type or Flush Valve)
- Ultra Low Flow Urinals
- Connectionless Food Steamers
- Air-Cooled Ice Machines
- Cooling Tower Conductivity Controllers (new or replacement models)
- PH/Conductivity Controllers
- Dry Vacuum Pumps
- Pressurized Waterbrooms
- Weather Based "Smart" Irrigation Controllers
- Central Computer Irrigation Controller Systems
- Rotating Nozzles for pop-up spray heads
- High-Efficiency Nozzles for Large Rotary Sprinkler Retrofits
